Does Boxie POS work without internet?+
Yes. Your register keeps a full copy of your data and works completely offline. As soon as you’re back online, everything syncs to the cloud automatically.
Can I manage my business from my phone?+
Absolutely. Sign in to the cloud dashboard from any device to watch live orders, change your menu and prices, and manage staff — updates reach every register in seconds.
How many registers can I use?+
That depends on your plan. Starter includes up to three; Growth and Enterprise are unlimited. You can add registers whenever you’re ready.
What hardware do I need?+
Boxie POS runs on the Windows, macOS or Linux computer you already have, and works with standard ESC/POS thermal printers.
